Summary
The increasing coverage of the judiciary and of the management of justice by the mass media has proved to go along with the democratic evolution of the recent history in our country. The judicial activity, in itself or in its legal fundamentals, has achieved higuest levels of public interest, becoming first page in newspapers and main piece of news in news programs, as well as passionate subject of opinions and the most attiring item in endless debates and discussions.
